  • Venables Drop-In

    The Kettle’s Venables drop-in (located at 1725 Venables Street) offers a variety of community services and support for vulnerable people living with mental illness, substance use, poverty and/or homelessness.

  • Meals Program

    Located at our Venables drop-in, our meal program serves a hot lunch, snacks, fruit, tea, and coffee daily. Stop by and say, “Hello” - We’d love to meet you, and you’re welcome in our community!

  • Health Clinic

    Located on the second floor of our Venables drop-in, our on-site Health Clinic provides access to a Registered Nurse. We also provide a safe, and non-judgmental place to get medical help.

  • Advocacy

    In our advocacy office, we advocate for and support the people who come to us for help resolving a conflict or navigating a crisis. We’re located on the second floor of our Venables drop-in.

  • Outreach

    The Kettle’s Homeless Outreach Program (HOP) is open to anyone who is experiencing homelessness, or is at risk of homelessness.

  • ID Bank

    Our ID bank assists low income, homeless, and/or marginally housed individuals in obtaining as well as safely storing ID.

  • Women's Lounge

    Located at our Venables drop-in, our women’s lounge provides a safe place of refuge and social connection for those who identify as women.

  • Tuck Shop

    Tuck Shop

    Our tuck shop supplies everyday items like band aids, razors, soap, and toothpaste as well as snacks and beverages.

  • Personal Care Services

    Our personal care services are for individuals facing homelessness. They include but are not limited to: hot showers, laundry facilities, haircuts, and clothing alterations.

  • Computer Room

    You’re welcome to internet access and printing upon request in our computer room located at our Venables drop-in.

  • Carlene's Clothing Closet

    Named in memory of long-time member Carlene Petrowski, this is a place where people can find clothing and shoe donations from the community. The clothing closet is open daily, ask staff for more information.

  • Recovery Café

    Whether in crisis, newer to recovery, in long-term recovery, after a relapse, during a difficult life change, or mental health transition, the Café is there as a refuge of support, care and community.
